Walking Tour of Pafos

This walking tour gives visitors a better feel of the local life then and now, its all year atmosphere, and a better understanding of Pafos cultural past and present.
The visitor has the opportunity to explore the fruit market, the old market, Ayia Sofias Mosque, Khan of Imbrahim.
It pass through the old electricity power plant, Atticon cultural centre and Markideio theatre, the Town hall square and the beautiful neoclassical buildings. The walk continues to Moussallas
and Agios Theodoros Metropolitan church and the ethnographical museum.

Geroskipou Laiki Beach – Blue Flag


Geroskipou Laiki Beach is located adjacent the Geroskipou Municipal Beach, in Pafos district.

It is a sandy beach with clean seawaters that are calm and shallow, making it a popular choice for all, including families with children.

Facilities on the beach include toilets, showers, changing rooms, sun beds and umbrellas. Food services are also available near the beach.

Lifeguards with lifesaving equipment and first aid services are stationed at the beach from April – October .

Access is easy by foot, bike, bus or car, with car-parking available.

Disabled access is available.

Skoutarospilioi Beach – Blue Flag


Skoutarospiloi is a small beach located close to the popular tourist town of Paralimni.

The beach is a combination of sand and rocks and it has crystal clear waters. Facilities on the beach include toilets, showers, changing rooms, sun beds , umbrellas and watersports. Food services are also available near the beach.

Lifeguards with lifesaving equipment and first aid services are stationed at the beach from April – October.

Access is easy by foot, bike, or car, with car-parking available.

The beach has no access for disabled.

Potami – Blue Flag


Potami is a beautiful beach located close to the popular tourist town of Paralimni.

A quiet, small beach at the area of Pegeia – Agios Georgios.

The beach is also known with the name “Maniki”

The beach has small pebbles and clean waters that are rather deep . Some rock formations, inside and outside of the water, contribute to the beach’s wild beauty.

Facilities on the beach include toilets, showers, changing rooms, sun beds and umbrellas, There is a hotel and a restaurant on the beach,

Fairytale Museum

The Fairytale Museum is housed in a beautiful old mansion in the heart of Lefkosia (Nicosia).

Its goal is to disseminate the cultural heritage of fairy tales, legends, myths and traditions from Cyprus and from all over the world. The Fairytale Museum arranges narrative tales, thematic exhibitions, educational programs, as well as events and performances based on fairy tales.

The Museum is an extension of the work of the Systemic Cyprus Institute, a Research Centre of theoretical evolution and systemic application. At the museum visitors can learn about the evolution of fairy tales, make their own stories, discover hidden passages, open secret compartments and feel the stories come alive.

Die blaue Flagge – Strand Kampos tou Souliou (Souli)

The quiet and attractive Souli Beach (800 m long) is located in Chrysochous Bay, west of Latchi Port, in Pafos (Paphos) district.

The beach has fine sands, and clean blue green waters. Facilities on the beach include toilets, showers, changing rooms, sun beds and umbrellas. On the beach there is also a playground, a hotel and some restaurants.

Lifeguards with lifesaving equipment and first aid services are stationed at the beach from April – October.

Access is easy by foot, bike, bus or car, with car-parking available.

Die blaue Flagge – Strand Halavron

The romantic Halavron Beach (450 m long) is located in Chrysochous Bay, in Akamas Peninsula, Pafos (Paphos) district.

The beach has blue clean waters and fine sands with multicoloured small pebbles. Facilities on the beach include toilets and sun beds / umbrellas, that are available for rent after applying to the hotel on the spot. For the more active visitors a variety of watersports is available.

The beautiful Xystarokampos Beach (appx. 1 km long) is located in Chrysochous Bay, in Akamas Peninsula, Pafos (Paphos) district.

The beach has fine sands with multicoloured small pebbles and blue clean waters. Facilities on the beach include toilets, showers, changing rooms, sun beds and umbrellas. There is a hotel on the beach and some restaurants famous for their fresh fish and mediterranean cuisine.

STAGE 4 – XCO – Mantra tou Kampiou

The Mantra tou Kampiou Pic-Nic site hosts the fourth and final stage of the Afxentia stage race, the Cross Country Olympic format race! Being based on the same trails used in the very first edition of the stage race, the Mantra course is considered a classic in the MTB XCO world. An all-natural, old school course, which slowly evolves every year, with new – small or big – sections added every year to make racing more spectacular, with long climbs and very long, super steep descends, it’s a favourite amongst the athletes!
