Village Salad
Ingredients:

Lettuce
Coriander leaves
Rocket leaves
Celery
Green peppers
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Capers
Olives
Onions rings
Olive oil
Vinegar
Salt
Feta cheese

Preparation:

Clean, wash and dry all the vegetables.
Cut into pieces and mix in a bowl.
Add salt, vinegar and olive oil.
Serve garnished with olives, capers, onion rings and feta cheese.
